General Terms & Conditions

  • The registration fee mentioned above is Inclusive of GST @ 18%, as mentioned.
  • USD rates mentioned are only indicative. Your account will be deducted at the prevailing rate of exchange at the time of the transaction.
  • You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI/ Money Transfer.
  • Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 4.5% for all online transactions.
  • Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount/fee.
  • While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/valuables or damage to your property.
  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation (unless you have opted for an accommodation package), sightseeing tours, or airport transfers.

Inclusions

  • Conference kit/bag with all conference information.
  • Access to technical sessions & exhibition area. Accompanying Persons will not be allowed to attend technical sessions unless they have full registration.
  • Conference luncheons and dinner.

Cancellation Policy

  • Kindly send the cancellation requests to admin@ibd2025.com, on or before July 31, 2025.
  • Refunds will be made after deducting the GST amount and bank charges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
  • No refunds will be entertained post July 31, 2025, except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee's decision will be final in this regard.
  • Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written email requests will be considered.
