The registration fee mentioned above is Inclusive of GST @ 18%, as mentioned.
USD rates mentioned are only indicative. Your account will be deducted at the prevailing rate of exchange at the time of the transaction.
You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI/ Money Transfer.
Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 4.5% for all online transactions.
Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount/fee.
While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/valuables or damage to your property.
The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation (unless you have opted for an accommodation package), sightseeing tours, or airport transfers.

Conference kit/bag with all conference information.
Access to technical sessions & exhibition area. Accompanying Persons will not be allowed to attend technical sessions unless they have full registration.
Conference luncheons and dinner.

Refunds will be made after deducting the GST amount and bank charges.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
No refunds will be entertained post July 31, 2025, except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee's decision will be final in this regard.
Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written email requests will be considered.
